When you place a deposit it is a sum of money which is part of the full price of the class tuition in which you are wanting to take. This deposit will ensure your seat in class. The remainder of the the tuition will be due upon arrival to the class. It is your responsibility to show up at the scheduled date and time. This course is the First Steps for you to receive the proper certification  to be eligible to apply for your Concealed Carry Permit in the GREAT State of Florida.   

This package is the best way for you to learn the basics of pistol shooting while we spice things up a bit to get you ready and prepared for a possible defensive encounter in today's growing world of people! 

This package also allows the student to fire a few common caliber firearms that many First Time Gun Owners Purchase.

Live fire portion of EMA's "Safe Side" Shooter Package will include the following:

Single Shots- 

(Comfort with the process of loading, firing, and unloading a firearm) 

Fundamental shots- 

(Aiming, Breath Control, Hold Control, Trigger Control, Follow-through) 

(Utilizing the 5 fundamentals of Pistol Shooting to achieve good marksmanship) 

Cadence Shooting Drills-

(Repeated shooting at increasing increments in order to help you learn to manage recoil and build confidence in your shooting). 

Defensive Pistol Shooting Drill-

(Shoot, Reload, Assess, Re-Engage)   RUNNING THAT GUN!!

Special Bonus Feature includes (Multi-Caliber Recoil Assessment Shoot) with a .380 caliber pistol & 9 mm pistol. (5 rounds) per each firearm fired.

The [Multi-Caliber Recoil Assessment Shoot] option gives you the luxury of firing a few different caliber pistols commonly purchased by many first time concealed carriers. 

This bonus feature helps you get the feel of the different recoils and what to expect should you choose to purchase such caliber pistols).

NOTE: If you have your own firearm we encourage you to bring it with you to train with. If you DO NOT have your own firearm, all shooting will be done with .22cal pistols.

This Pistol Shooting course is the best way for you to learn the basics of pistol shooting as well as develop your Pistol Shooting Skill (defensively and tactically). This Package is also the only one which allows DRAWING FROM A HOLSTER.

EMA's Signature “Rock Out” Session

This feature is a fast pace and highly intense combination-exercise of all 5 shooting fundamentals learned though-out the course and everything you will have practiced (above) during live fire training. This session challenges you (the shooter) and is a simulation of how you would possibly do in a "real threat situation" where everything is sped up and happens in matters of seconds!

Rounds are loaded up between magazines and then fired with magazine reload(s) in between. After the first magazine is emptied the shooter must perform a speed reload then QUICKLY reacquire a good sight picture and fire remaining rounds of ammo in the pistol's magazine onto the target.

*The objective of the “ROCK OUT” session is for "you" (the shooter) to fire as fast as you can keep the sights on target while maintaining accuracy by way of utilizing the 5 fundamentals of pistol shooting paired with recoil management.  

Special Bonus Feature/Multi-Caliber Recoil Assessment using multiple pistols of varying calibers. 

 (.380 acp & 9 mm or .38 revolver)

This portion gives you the luxury and allows you to fire Multiple firearms of different calibers so you can get the feel of the recoils and is designed to help you determine and get an general idea in which (Caliber size) that you are comfortable with handling and to help take the guesswork out of  “what to buy” when you are ready to purchase your very own firearm (if you don’t already have one).

This helps you narrow it all down to a caliber comfortable to suit you under the supervision of a Certified Firearm Instructor. 

TRY ONE BEFORE YOU BUY ONE!!!

Don't get tricked into buying a firearm caliber that your not comfortable with, KNOW FOR YOURSELF what you like! 

If you already have a firearm, rounds from this portion can be substituted and used to repeat our signature ROCK-OUT Session.

NOTE: If you have your own firearm we encourage you to bring it with you to train with. If you DO NOT have your own firearm,  all shooting done with .22cal pistols (if provided by us!). We will also provide pistols for the  (Multi-Caliber Recoil Assessment) portion of this particular package. 

This is a introduction of a Rifle/AR Style platform. This class teaches the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for the safe use of a rifle in target shooting.

* Live rounds will be fired throughout the duration of this shoot.

This is a introduction of the Shotgun platform. This class teaches the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for the safe use of a rifle in target shooting.

* Live rounds will be fired throughout the duration of this shoot.
